Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of advance payment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a reduced session time. Clients must inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the session. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and services will be terminated immediately without a refund.
